Kenneth Arnold’s UFO sighting and a flying saucer crash (1947) in Roswell, New Mexico started a wave. Soon, thousands of eerily similar sightings were being reported across the globe. Nick Pope joins us for this episode of “The Basement Office” to discuss the history of the flying saucer, analyze the most credible reports and discuss how recent UFO sightings have evolved.
Nick Pope is a freelance British journalist and media commentator. He was an employee at the British Government's Ministry of Defence (MoD) from 1985 to 2006 and is best known for a role he undertook for the British Government from 1991 to 1994 which involved investigating reports of UFO sightings to determine their defence significance.

There are proofs that alien had visited the earth; the sighting, the photos, the crop field, etc. During its first announcement, the government from several countries had formed special units to investigate further about this phenomenon. However, many of them were shut in the next five years due to the lack of sightings.
